Warhammer 40,000: Astra Militarum – Chimera

Keep your infantry moving through the most dangerous war zones of the 41st Millennium with the Astra Militarum Chimera. This dependable armored transport is a familiar sight on Imperial battlefields, combining troop-carrying capability with enough firepower to support its passengers once they reach the front lines.

This multipart plastic kit builds one Chimera, with a variety of weapon and equipment options that let you customize the vehicle to suit your collection. The turret can be equipped with a multi-laser, heavy bolter, or heavy flamer, while the hull-mounted weapon can be built as either a heavy bolter or heavy flamer. Six integrated lasguns along the vehicle's sides give embarked troops additional firepower.

The kit also provides several ways to personalize your Chimera. You can add a hunter-killer missile, dozer blade, storm bolter, or heavy stubber, while the top hatch can be modeled open or closed. An exposed crew member can be customized with different head and arm options, and additional accessories include a searchlight, communications equipment, towing hooks, and an Aquila.

With 95 plastic components, the Chimera is an enjoyable project for both collectors and painters.
