With additional player roles and three distinct challenge modules, On the Brink dramatically increases replayability and strategic depth. Face a fifth virulent disease that evolves unpredictably, manage the threat of a hidden bio-terrorist moving across the board, or experiment with a mutation scenario that keeps players adapting from turn to turn. Each module can be played individually or combined for a fully customized experience.

This is not a standalone game and requires the original Pandemic base game to play.
